Why does my brand new Macbook Pro makes weird crackling sounds and popping noises?

I just got a macbook pro like 4 days ago from the apple website. it was all fine until last night when the sound started to sound very distant and muted. then i raised the volume and there were these annoying crackling and popping sounds. now every sound the computer makes there are these annoying crackling and popping sounds and the sound is also very muted and distant. i called apple and they said they're going to replace it with a new macbook pro but i feel like that one will just have the same problem... why will the new one be any different. i went online and saw that a lot of people had the same problem but i'm wondering what would be any different about the new one they're sending me that would make it not have the problem... they said it's a defect and that the chances of me getting 2 defected computers are very slim... but i don't know... did anyone else have this problem? if so, when they replaced it, did the new one have the same problem? i'm really frustrated because i just paid a crazy amount of money for this computer and it hasn't even been 5 days since i've got it. plus i paid for it with the money that i earned working this summer and it is so frustrating... if anyone has any ideas as to why this is happening/know someone this happened to that would be extremely helpful
