Is he STILL mad at me?

I'll try to make this short. We went to my bf's boss' for dinner last night and they were all drinking. I told him that since he was drinking (not drunk, but drinking) and it was snowy, I was driving home. Well I said this before we got there, that if he was gonna drink, I was gonna drive. And when we left we had to take his friend home (who is his boss' brother). I went to get in the drivers seat (remember that its MY car...he doesn't have a license but I let him drive anyways. I don't need a lecture please.) and he said something and I said "well you don't have a license and it's snowy and if something happens and we get pulled over or something and you've been drinking too....I'll just drive." Then he had an attitude. We got home and he started cleaning the kitchen which he does when he's mad at me. I asked if he was mad at me for not letting him drive. He said "No, I'm mad at you because you were being a *****" Then he wouldn't tell me what I did. Just said "forget about it. I just hope you had a good Christmas" with an attitude. So I left it and went to bed. He hasn't said 20 words to me today. I asked if he was still mad at me and he said "....no....." with a pause before he answered. I'm not gonna hound him about it cuz I don't wanna make him more mad. What do I do? Just leave him alone?
