How can I reach the people who will help for my children of dust?

Our sahays welfare society for the children of dust is in the mission of Search - find - mould - Uplift to the peak.We have not got any help from anyone upto now.But as the no. of children and the range of need are increased to some extent we are compelled to do so .There is any guidence,so that the question is raised.
