Why do football players get in trouble for doing dances when they score a goal?

I've never understood that. You play hard, you score a touchdown and you do a little happy dance... what's the problem? Why do they get in trouble for that? I mean really, who cares? If you take the fun out of scoring a point or two, then whats the point in playing the game to start with?
