What's the difference between prestressed and post-tensioned concrete slabs?

Prestressed, the rerod is streched and then the concrecte is poured, once the concrete cures the rerod pressure is released createing a squeeze on the concrete. I have not heard of post tensioned concrete. Unless the rod is stretched after the concrete is cured to create pressure on the embly.
