What am I sick with? I can't stop throwing up, even if there isn't anything in my stomach ?

my chest is really tight and full of flem. I have a really dry cough and a stuffy/runny nose. I've been throwing up all day today and it is a yellowish color, looks like snot and has snot inside of it. My mom got me ginger ale and that really helped a lot and I haven't been able to eat...anything so she made me chicken broth. What am I sick with? At first it felt like bronchitis but I don't know if that can make you throw up? I had a really high fever. 102.4 and my mom gave me an advil and then I took a shower and it went down to 100.2.
