Problems with yahoo messenger 9.0?

okk so i had yahoo messenger and it was working fine yesterday but today it wouldn't work....so i redownloaded the software and now its not downloading.every time it gets to the license agreements & terms, and i press next it won't move on...it will just stay at that page no matter how many times i do it over again...please help and i really want this software!
