Losing inches yet not much weight, is that right?

People focus on weight too damn muchl.... as long as you see a difference in your body and how you look in the mirror that is what counts Period. I stopped weighing myself because it drove me crazy and went on how I felt and what I looked at in the mirror. Working out will build muscle and tone you and yes it will seem as though your not losing weight fast enough and that is what drives you crazy knowing youve worked hard and seems like your not getting anywhere. Your trainer should tell you the same thing... DONT RELY ON SCALES ! How do you feel about yourself and the way your clothes are starting to fit? Surely you are building more confidence, dont let a number on a scale bring you down.
