The Congressional Budget Office reports enacting the Dream Act would reduce deficits by $1.4 billion, so why..?

Anti-immigration groups claim to be only against "illegals", but when you take a look at their websites (i.e. NumbersUSA) they focus on all immigration, immigration numbers and even want to reduce the number of visa per year. This is not only being against illegals. This debate is a smoke screen from what is really going on behind closed doors.
